Cancellation Policy

Please remember that making a visit reservation means that I have reserved time exclusively for you in my schedule. If you cancel or do not attend the visit less than 24 hours before its scheduled time, I will charge a fee according to the rules below.

If you change the date of your visit on my website or by phone within 24 hours of the booked time, it will be treated as a cancellation and the above policy will apply.

Visit Cancellation Fees

Due to the fact that I am reserving time for you, and out of respect for other clients waiting for an appointment:

• Less than 24 hours before the visit: 50% of the session value will be charged

• On the day of the booked visit: 75% of the session value will be charged

• No show: 100% of the session value will be charged

Cancelling a visit before 24 hours have passed is only possible by sending a message on WhatsApp to number 06 67890777 or by phone contact.

Out of concern for all clients and out of respect for my time and work, this policy applies regardless of the reason for cancelling the visit.

If you are booking several visits on the same day, I require a prepayment by bank transfer to confirm the reservation.

Please include your first and last name and the exact day and time of the visit in the comment.
